Fitness Battalion Boot Camp


Our performance-driven intensive program is designed to push your individual limits and get you into the best shape of your life.  All boot camp classes are held at Piedmont Park, in a group setting. However, our groups aren’t so large that you feel like cattle being run through the park.

During each day of class you will be focusing on aerobic, anaerobic and strength training. The weight you will be lifting is your own. All of our classes are built on CrossFit principles of training, a method that maximizes everyone's potential regardless of fitness level, and keeps exercise fun and exciting.

All of the classes run for 45 minutes. You can expect to keep moving for the majority of the class time. For the entire session, our instructors will be there to motivate you and keep you going every step of the way. You will gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, as well as form new friendships with your fellow recruits. The majority of our members achieve such great results in performance and the way they feel that they keep coming back for more, month after month.

  • No name tags necessary -- Some boot camps need them. With FB Boot Camp, you won’t get lost in the crowd. Our groups are small to medium-sized (10-20 people), so that you don’t feel like a herd of cattle being prodded through the park…and your instructor will know your name…kind of like Cheers, but with grass and sweat.
  • We won't break the bank -- We find it interesting that some boot camps charge $300-400 for a 4-week program.  Seriously? We want you to lose bodyfat, not your savings! We know you'll continue to see results month after month, and at $100-125 we make it affordable for you to stick with the program.
