It is always our aim to provide you with what we believe is the best fitness program possible.  We believe we have the exercise portion covered with Fitness Battalion CrossFit and Fitness Battalion Boot Camp.  However, a great exercise program alone does not make the best fitness program. In order to maximize your performance, you need to be eating right as well.

A lot of trainers claim to be experts in nutrition as well as exercise. While our instructors are knowledgeable about nutrition and can offer some basic advice, we cannot legally prescribe a diet for you or offer nearly as specific advice as an expert. For this reason, we have a Registered Dietitian that works with our members. In fact, to our knowledge (and we've researched this), we are the only training facility in Atlanta with a Registered Dietitian on staff, and our members love it!

Erica has the ability to not only help you get your diet on track, but also to "strategize" to make eating well an easy fit to your current lifestyle. What we like about Erica, is her ability to always focus on the positive changes you can make, rather than dwelling on the negative. The other thing we love is that she's a real person who not only "talks the talk," but "walks the walk" as well--Erica is an avid CrossFitter as well as competitive endurance athlete.
