Group Classes

CrossFit Foundations
Unless you are a seasoned CrossFitter who has trained with a CrossFit certified instructor, the FBCF Foundations Course is a prerequisite to attending our Group WOD classes. During Foundations, you will be introduced to the basic CrossFit movements. You will also become familiar with what it’s like to do a CrossFit WOD (Workout Of the Day). This program is essential to providing a smooth transition into our regularly scheduled group classes. It takes most people a day to complete Foundations, and your FB CrossFit membership will cover both this course and your Group WOD classes once you graduate.

CrossFit Workout Of the Day
Once you have completed our Foundations Course, or equivalent private sessions, you may enter our regular group class. During this class you will be completing the Workout of the Day, a.k.a. WOD. Classes typically have 8-10 participants and are blocked for 45-60 minutes. All workouts can be scaled up or down depending on your current fitness level. All classes are coached by a CrossFit certified instructor.

Our most popular CrossFit package! For those that plan to visit more than 3 times per week, this is the way to go. Attend any of our well-coached CrossFit Group WOD classes (up to one per day). As an added option, Unlimited members may also use their membership to attend boot camp classes. No long term contracts - may cancel with a 30-day notice.

The same great benefits as the Unlimited Auto-pay, but for only 12 sessions per month. This is a great membership for someone who travels frequently for business every month and cannot commit to an unlimited plan.

$75 Intro to CrossFit (Foundations + 5 Group sessions = $150 value!) - Sign up now
Our Intro to CrossFit package is a great way for someone new to CrossFit to "get their feet wet" and see if CrossFit is actually something for them. Start by enrolling in our Foundations class to learn the proper technique of our foundational movements and prepare yourself for a smooth transition into our Group WOD (Workout Of the Day) classes. After Foundations, attend up to 5 CrossFit WOD group classes over a period of 10 days. After the 10 days, you have the opportunity to enroll in one of our regular memberships to continue your CrossFit journey.
