I've been sitting at work for the past hour or so trying to make sense of the workout, or follow Glassman's workout selection process. I thought I had it mastered, and then BAM this comes up on the HQ. WTF?!?!

My plan of attack... run around the gym and do everything lift/movement that I can find. That pretty much sums this one up.

In regard to Tia's comment, there are a few folks in this gym that should consider attending the CrossFit L1 Certification, even if you have no desire to be a trainer. The experience is amazing and it will just make you a better CrossFitter. If anyone is considering it, please come talk to me about it!
