Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups
Compare results to 090930.
Make sure your ears are visible at the top of your swing.

NOTE: in the above photo, Brooks' swing is almost TOO vertical. It's not just about getting a high enough swing, but also about getting the head forward so that the ears are visible. If you go too high, you can go "over the top" and lose the KB behind you.
