Find what works for you and talk to your physician about what works with your current state of health and fitness. Also, keep your calendars marked for Thursday April 12! We will be holding a nutrition seminar at the gym (1000 Northside Dr) from 630 - 8pm hosted by our registered dietician on staff, Erica Stelten. There will be NO bootcamp or crossfit classes that night.
