CrossFit for Hope-<br/>June 9th, we are hosting CrossFit for Hope at the gym (in lieu of FGB)! CrossFit for Hope is taking the place of our annual FIGHT GONE BAD fundraiser usually held in September.</p><p>The event will begin at 10 am, and we will run heats of 5 every 30 mins.  Sign up and fundraise online <a href="http://crossfitforhope.com" rel="nofollow">HERE</a>. If you register online and raise at least $100, the charge for the WOD will be $15.  If you are not fundraising online, the WOD will be $25.  This will include an after party with food provided, but it will be BYOB.
