"I've pretty much decided to stick with this [boot camp] instead of going back to my regular gym. The workout is much harder, of course, but also more efficient. The trainers are awesome, and for what one gets, it's really affordable. I've gotten better results in the 45 minutes I spend in a boot camp class than in the hour and a half I used to spend on a gym workout. The trainers (Brittany and Jon, in particular, as I've been in their classes the most) are personable, friendly, and encouraging. They're doing a great job.”
