Try Us Out

Think you would like to give us a try? Getting started with FB CrossFit is simple. Please join us most Saturdays for our CrossFit Free Trial Workout. We’ll explain to you what our program is all about and what it takes to continue with us.

If you are unable to attend our Open House Workout, just contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange something for you. You are also welcome to stop by and observe one of our scheduled classes. We’ll be happy to show you around and answer any of your questions.

After your first workout, if you would like to join us for our regular group classes, you must first complete our Foundations Program. This is an essential step whether you are a beginner that is brand new to CrossFit or a CrossFitter who has been working out on your own for months. As a beginner, you will become familiar with basic CrossFit movements, allowing you to smoothly transition into the Group WOD (Workout Of the Day) classes. If you’ve been doing CrossFit on your own, you will also benefit from our Foundations Program. A certified CrossFit instructor will help you to refine your skills and make your WODs more effective than ever!

Upon completion of our Foundations Program, you have the option to continue training privately with a trainer or attend our scheduled CrossFit Group WOD (Workout Of the Day) classes.

Our Intro to CrossFit package is a great way for someone new to CrossFit to "get their feet wet" and see if CrossFit is actually something for them. Start by enrolling in our Foundations class to learn the proper technique of our foundational movements and prepare yourself for a smooth transition into our Group WOD (Workout Of the Day) classes. After Foundations, attend up to 5 CrossFit WOD group classes over a period of 10 days. After the 10 days, you have the opportunity to enroll in one of our regular memberships to continue your CrossFit journey.
