The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that Fitness Battalion is for you, then your next step is to join the gym and let the fun begin.
By offering one-on-one training during the intro session, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the intro session, you will learn how to perform the basic fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your introductory session.
